By using mercurycopywriting.com or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms. They form a binding agreement between you ("Client") and Mercury Copywriting ("Provider").
Mercury Copywriting provides website copywriting, funnel and landing page copy, email sequences, SEO content writing, brand messaging systems, and advertising copy. All services are delivered digitally — no physical goods are manufactured, shipped, or delivered.
Completing checkout creates a binding service agreement. Payments processed via Stripe in EUR. Enterprise milestone billing available on request. Automatic invoices provided.
Upon full payment, Client owns all final approved deliverables including the right to use, modify, and publish. Preliminary drafts and unused concepts remain Provider property until specifically approved. Provider retains portfolio showcase rights unless Client objects in writing before project start.
Revision rounds per plan. Changes beyond original scope quoted separately and require written approval before work begins.
All client materials, strategies, and data treated as confidential. NDAs provided on request.
Client agrees to provide brand materials, access, and feedback within agreed timelines. Client delays extend delivery proportionally.
Maximum liability limited to the fee paid for the specific project. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes as these depend on factors beyond copy alone.
Either party may terminate with written notice. Refunds per our Refund Policy.
