If work has begun, we refund the portion of uncompleted work based on documented hours and milestones. Transparent breakdown provided.

4. No Refund

After approved final delivery or 30 days of non-response to review requests.

5. Quality Concerns

If unsatisfied, we offer a complimentary revision round before considering financial remedy.

6. Processing

Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days to original payment method.
