1. Digital Delivery

All Mercury Copywriting services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are produced or shipped.

2. Method

Copy via Google Docs (with commenting). Brand frameworks via Notion. Final assets in organised Google Drive folder. Implementation notes included with every delivery.

3. Timelines

Swift: ~7 days. Mercury: ~20 days. Olympian: ~6 weeks. Individual services: per service page. Mercury Rush add-on halves timelines.

4. Acceptance

7 business days to review. 14 days non-response constitutes acceptance.
